Spezia, shot from Brazil for midfield
Spice: strike from Brazil in midfield
Spezia is already looking ahead to the resumption of the championship during the break due to the ongoing World Cup in Qatar. In fact, the Ligurian club is very close to the first purchase of the winter soccer market session.
The name is that of Jhonny Cardoso, a U.S. midfielder born in 2001, on the strength of Internacional of Porto Alegre. The young Brazilian-born talent is set to sign a four-year contract with the La Spezia club and take over the reins of the midfield of Luca Gotti’s formation. Spezia will have to pay compensation to the Brazilian club equal to the rescission clause that bound Cardoso to the Brazilian club.
A step away from Olympique Marseille in the summer of 2020 and followed by major MLS clubs, Cardoso is a midfielder who knows how to combine quality, stemming from his Brazilian past, with quantity, as he is very skilled in reading the game, and can represent an excellent alternative in midfield for coach Gotti.
