Virtus Bologna president Massimo Zanetti, in an interview with ‘La politica nel Pallone,’ indulged in a special statement for the Bologna club and also wanted to reveal the dream he hopes to realize during his ownership.

“Virtus is a historically strong team, it has won championships and Euroleagues and so it has accustomed us to winning. For the women’s team, on the other hand, it’s different because we took it a short time ago and brought it to play in the Euroleague, with the last prestigious victory on the historic court of Olympiacos,” said the number one of the Bologna-based club.

“Of course, my dream is above all to win a scudetto with the women’s team to bring to the city of Bologna a women’s title as well. I love sports, I am a sports fan and now I am fond of my Virtus and the city of Bologna,” Massimo Zanetti continued.
