Basketball, fines for four A clubs

The sports judge ruled

After the 18th day of Serie A basketball, the sports judge has imposed economic penalties for four clubs, Segafredo Zanetti Bologna, Carpegna Prosciutto Pesaro, Pallacanestro Trieste and Tezenis Verona.

SEGAFREDO ZANETTI BOLOGNA. Fine of Euro 500.00 for sporadic collective offenses against referees [art. 27,4a RG rec., art. 24,4 RG].

PAOLO RONCI (executive SEGAFREDO ZANETTI VIRTUS BOLOGNA). Inhibition for 7 days, until February 12, 2023, for protesting behavior towards the 1st referee, inside the locker room, during halftime of the game (Art. 35.1c). Inhibition replaced by fine € 3,000.00 [Art. 35.1c RG, Art. 15.4 RG].

CARPEGNA PROSCIUTTO PESARO Fine of € 500.00 for sporadic collective offenses against the referees [Art. 27.4a RG rec., Art. 24.4 RG]

PALLACANESTRO TRIESTE. Fine of Euro 1,100.00 for collective and frequent offenses against the referees and for throwing non-blunt objects (paper balls), collective and sporadic, without hitting [art. 27,4b RG rec., art. 24,4 RG, art. 27,6bc RG rec., art. 24,2b RG]

TEZENIS VERONA. Fine of Euro 1,100.00 for collective and frequent offenses against the referees and for throwing non blunt objects (paper balls), collective and sporadic, without hitting [art. 27,4b RG rec., art. 24,4 RG, art. 27,6bc RG,art. 24,2b RG]

EUGENIO AGOSTINELLI (dir. accomp. TEZENIS VERONA). Inhibition for gg 30, until March 7, 2023 for offensive and threatening behavior towards the 1st referee at the end of the game, a fact that did not degenerate due to the intervention of the executive in charge of the referees [art. 33,1/1b RG,art. 33,1/1c RG]
