Six Nations, fearless Italrugby against England
Six Nations, England-Italy
A leaden sky provided the backdrop for Italy’s Captain’s Run at the iconic Twickenham Stadium that tomorrow-Sunday, February 12-will host the match between England and Italy valid for the second day of the Guinness Six Nations 2023. The match, scheduled for 3 p.m. local time (4 p.m. Italian time), will be broadcast live on Sky Sport Uno and free-to-air on TV8.
“We have started to find an important solidity on the preparation for the match. The confidence with which we take the field,” said Michele Lamaro in the usual pre-match press conference, “is also dictated by the work we do during the week. The goal is to improve from the game against France. It will be a great challenge for us: we want to continue to show our attitude and increase the level of execution of our work.”
“What we have built is above all a team identity that represents us where everyone has put in their own, believing in our path. Within this identity there are various aspects that characterize us and that we still want to develop. For example, the courage to make important decisions and having the intelligence to understand when we can dare and when to be more conservative. This attention to detail is the factor that leads us to be more effective on the field. The attitude to work the whole group respects it on and off the field.”
