Champions League, Pep Guardiola’s eve words

These are the words of Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola in the sttampa conference on the eve of the Champions League final against Inter Milan to be played tomorrow night in Istanbul.

“Winning the Champions League is absolutely a dream, to achieve which you have to have within yourself the right doses of obsession and desire. And so it is right to dream of winning it. We fully realize the importance of this competition, and therefore of this final, and we are focused on what we will have to do. I have been studying Inter’s matches for a long time, trying to understand and know in the best way possible. But what will count tomorrow is our performance, trying to do our best, to play the best way we can, and that will make the difference. The strongest team will be the winner: if they raise the cup, Inter will be bigger than City.”
