Now è official: Luis Alberto has renewed with Lazio. It was announced è by the Capitoline club itself, through an official statement.

"S.S. Lazio announces that the footballer Luis Alberto Romero Alconchel has extended the contract that binds him to the Società biancoceleste for the next four years" reads the note issued by the biancoceleste club.

The Spanish midfielder had recently sworn love to Lazio, in an interview with Corriere dello Sport: "For me Lazio è everything, è the second home. Rome will forever be my second home, I have one that I own; also for this reason. My children want to stay here, they are Romans. In the summer they spent a month in Spain, they couldn’t wait to return to Rome. They say that this è is where they belong. My wife è happy, and è the most important thing.
