Varese receives Virtus, Davide Moretti calls out to audience

Varese Basketball guard Davide Moretti spoke to the club official channels ahead of the challenge against Virtus Bologna, valid for the 17th day of the LBA, scheduled for Sunday, January 21 at 5 p.m. at the Itelyum Arena. In the first round, the Bologna team won 115-84.

"For someone like me who likes to get out on the court to help the team in any way possible, being in the pits because of the injury was not easy – admitted the red-and-white outfielder -. I am glad to be back, even earlier than expected; I have been training hard to be able to return to be useful for my teammates in this second part of the championship that will be very difficult".

"Virtus? È a team of the highest level as well as Venice that we faced last week; against Reyer we had prepared well and so we will try to do so also in view of the challenge with Bologna. We know well what their strengths are and so we will try to impose our game knowing that we will face a really tough team. I am convinced that the public will give us a big hand to try to bring home two crucial points" concluded Moretti.
