The series between Denver and Minnesota promises spectacle. Game 1, at the home of the Nuggets, saw the Timberwolves’ (well-deserved) success, who did well to impose themselves 106-99. Match full of twists and turns and decided in the last period. Decisive Reid, able to score 14 of his final 16 points just in the last ten minutes of the game. For Minnesota it was the first success in a second-round series since 2004.

Edwards’ standout performance. The T'Wolves all-star put up an impressive 43 points (his new career high in the playoffs). Edwards è the first player since Kobe Bryant to score at least 40 points in two consecutive games before age 23.

"We don’t have to introduce ourselves to anyone. We know exactly who we are. We are coming out of the closet and, as long as everyone is giving each other a hand up, we don&#39t care what people think of us", the words dio Edwards at the end of Game 1 reported by ESPN.

Jokic chews bitterly. Despite a game-high 32 points, nine assists and eight rebounds, the Nuggets'MVP didn&#39t make an impact as he would have liked. Also in trouble was Murray, who finished with 17 points, all scored in the second half. For the defending champions it è was the third home knockout in the post season in the last three years.
