Milan, blowback for Roberto De Zerbi

Milan soccer club: the name of Roberto De Zerbi for the bench is back in fashion. The Rossoneri è club is still looking for the right profile to take Stefano Pioli&#39s place as the new coach and in recent days the former Sassuolo coach's quotations would be on a considerable rise, complicit with the news of his farewell to Brighton and the consequent dropping of the 15 million euro rescission clause to free him.

According to a report by "La Gazzetta dello Sport", in the coming days the club in Via Aldo Rossi is expected to re-establish contacts with the former Shakhtar coach to verify the feasibility of the operation and present a technical project that can meet the needs of the Brescia coach.

The candidate at the top of the Rossoneri preference list still remains Paulo Fonseca of Lille, but in the short term the hierarchies could change. Regarding, instead, the future of Stefano Pioli, Milan would already have scheduled a meeting with the Italian coach to try to find an agreement for a consensual separation through a severance package, since the exoneration hypothesis would be economically less convenient for the club, since it would have to guarantee the former Lazio coach another year of salary of 4 million euros net.
