Brazil beats Mexico in friendly match in recovery
Thanks to a goal in the recovery of its new star, 17-year-old Endrick, who is expected by Real Madrid in the summer, Brazil beat Mexico 3-2 in a friendly in preparation for the Copa America, played in College Station, Texas.
The Greenoro coach, Dorival Junior, fielded a lineup devoid of many of the starters, inserting only during the second half Paqueta, Endrick himself and Vinicius Jr.
The Brazilians immediately took the lead with Pereira, on 5' and doubled early in the second half with Gabriel Martinelli, on 9'. The Mexicans managed to come back with goals from Quinon, at 28', and Martinez at 47', but Endrick at 51' è managed to give his team the victory.
Next Wednesday, the Brazilian national team will play its last test, against the U.S., before the start of the Copa America, which will be hosted right in the United States and will begin a week after the European Championships (June 20-July 14).
