Two bad decisions
Corner kicks are often dangerous. Of course è that when there are they must be awarded. Instead, in Austria-France, on at least two occasions the referee, Gil Manzano, and one of his assistants were decidedly careless on a couple of occasions.
In the first half, a clear corner for Austria was not seen, and in the second half an equally clear corner for the Gallettos eluded.
The protests of the players were useless: the Spanish black jacket è showed adamant. Obviously the Var, by regulation, did not è intervene.
