Vero Volleyball, new purchase
Strike in the middle for the Vero Volleyball Consortium women’s first team, which for next season puts the experience of Ludovica Guidi at the service of coach Lavarini.
Guidi, class'92 native of Cecina, began her professional career in the 2009/2010 season at Donoratico in the A2 Series. In the 2010/2011 season she was signed by Volley Fontane in B2 Series, while the following season she played for Casciavola in B1, the same category where she played for the 2012/2013 championship wearing the jersey of San Mariano Volley. The debut in Serie A1 comes in the 2013/2014 season wearing the jersey of the Robur Tiboni Urbino; the following year he flies across the Alps to play in Ligue 1 with the Evreux Volleyball. She returned to Italy the following season under the colors of Golem Software Palmi, in Serie A2, where she stayed for two years, and then moved to Millenium Brescia in the 2017/2018 season: halfway through the championship then the’landing in Cuneo. She plays the second national series also in the 2018/2019 season, signed by Soverato, continuing the adventure in A2 also in the next two seasons with the shirt of’Olimpia Teodora Ravenna. The last three seasons she returned to the courts of the highest national category with Casalmaggiore (2021/2022), Scandicci (2022/2023) and Novara (2023/2024), respectively.
The Tuscan powerhouse has lifted a CEV Challenge Cup in her career, won last year with Novara, and a CEV Cup in the 2022/2023 season with the Scandicci jersey.
