Dinamo Sassari, Nenad Markovic wants to get off to a strong start

Nenad Markovic, coach of Dinamo Sassari, spoke in a press conference ahead of the LBA opener with Scafati, scheduled for Saturday at 21 at PalaSerradimigni: "The championship è very hard, there are so many high-level teams, fundamental the concentration and consistency already from Saturday night".

"Every year è different, we don’t have to think about what è happened in the past – added the Sardinians’ coach -, the important thing è to understand how fundamental it is to start well, to play a tough game and solid in defense becauseé Scafati has talented players especially on the perimeter".

"The’offense has to be more competitive, it doesn’t take a genius to find out that if you shoot 30 percent you have to do better, but defensively we can always give 100 percent and we know that has to be our strength. On offense we have to read situations better, be more fluid, have more continuity; especially in the moments when we need certain plays".

"The next match è always the most important one, I don’t look too far ahead, but I am focused and concentrated on the match we have to play, on what we can improve" concluded Markovic.
