Serie A, Venezia-Parma 1-2

After nine games without success (the first, and the last to date, dated back to 2-1 against AC Milan last August 24) Parma returns to success in Serie A and thus returns to breathe: to fall victim to the ducali, in the match played Saturday afternoon, è Venezia, which in front of its own public fails to take advantage of the advantage-lightning and thus suffers; the second consecutive defeat after last Sunday at home of Inter.

A dream start was not enough for the Laggunarians: on 5'Hans Nicolussi Caviglia in fact collected a cross from Oristanio and unloaded toward Suzuki’s goal, hitting the target. In fact, the lead lasts just twelve laps of the lancets: at 17' è Emanuele Valeri to make it 1-1, with a spectacular conclusion from the distance that leaves Stankovic no chance.

The match remains lively, the two teams face each other and it is difficult to predict who will get the next move right: Venezia seems to succeed at 66', with Oristanio wasting from a very good position, on the reverse of the front comes the goal that will prove decisive: Sohm sprints off on a counterattack serving Man in the box, the Romanian’s shot finds Stankovic’s opposition but Bonny è well placed nearby and puts it back into the net for 2-1 Parma.

In the last 25 minutes, Venezia produces itself in a total siege, at the level of ball possession and coverage of the opposing half of the field, which, however, turns out to be rather sterile: after four minutes of recovery Parma can exult for a success that, at least momentarily, brings them back to the belly of the standings but that, above all, gives them new confidence after two and a half months spent without winning.
