Juventus, Tudor’s renewal official: contract with Bianconeri until 2027

Juventus continues with Igor Tudor. The Croatian coach has signed a contract renewal that will tie him to the Old Lady until June 30, 2027, with an’option for one more season, until 2028. A clear and decisive signal from the Juventus management. The Croatian coach has brought continuity in results and on the technical-tactical vision brought since his arrival on the Bianconeri bench last March 23.
Confirming the agreement was general manager Damien Comolli, during his presentation press conference: “Tudor will be our coach for next season and not only for the Club World Cup. I have already told him and I hope he can stay for a long time. I had a chance to face him when he was at Marseille and I was at Toulouse. He beat us twice. I really appreciate the physical and mental intensity of him and the resilience he conveys to the team”.
For Tudor, who will receive a salary of 2.5 million euros per season, the extension is the crowning achievement of a path that began only a few months ago, but is already full of satisfaction. Already with Champions League qualification, in fact, an initial automatic extension had been triggered until 2026. Now the agreement extends the commitment to 2027 as well, with an additional option for 2028.
Tudor himself, interviewed by FIFA’s official channels, expressed all his satisfaction: “I feel I am in the right place. I feel good, motivated, willing, surrounded by quality people who love me and want to do the best. I am happy and proud”.
Juventus, through an official statement, wanted to emphasize the values that the Croatian coach brought to the club: “Passion. Charisma. Juventus spirit. Words that perfectly encapsulate what Tudor has brought to Juventus since he took over as head of the men’s first team and what he will continue to represent in the years to come”.
Now the focus shifts to the next big challenge: the FIFA Club World Cup, which will see Juventus committed as early as the next few days in the United States.
