F1 GP Abu Dhabi: Red Bull masterpiece, Verstappen on pole ahead of McLarens. Ok Leclerc, flop Hamilton

Max Verstappen won the pole position of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the last and decisive race of the Formula 1 World Championship.
The Dutch driver took advantage of the splendid teamwork of Red Bull, and thanks to the wake of his teammate Tsunoda he recorded the fastest time of 1.22.295. On the front row next to the four-time world champion is overall leader Lando Norris, who will need only third place to win the World Championship.
On the second row are Oscar Piastri and George Russell, then Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari and Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin. Also in the top 10 are the surprising Bortoleto and Ocon, while Hadjar is ninth ahead of Tsunoda.
Among the disappointments certainly Andrea Kimi Antonelli, only 14th in his Mercedes, and Lewis Hamilton, who will start from 16th on the grid on Sunday after being eliminated again in Q1. The Englishman has had a troubled weekend so far, crashing in Turn 9 in the third free practice.
