Milan in crisis, Adani exonerates Allegri: "They found each other a quarter of an hour earlier"

Acc Milan slips to fourth place in the standings after another negative performance against Atalanta.
Massimiliano Allegri’s team is in the midst of an identity crisis and took the booing from the entire Meazza. The Champions League is at risk and there is talk of a three-day retreat at Milanello ahead of the last two league games.
At Domenica Sportiva, one of Allegri’s harshest critics, Daniele Adani, did not spare himself: “We are commenting weekly on a team that should shred the crest it has on its jersey, because it weighs. It weighs in results and in form, because Milan enchanted the whole world and went to be respected on every continent, even when they went to play the Intercontinental Cup. It is a team that has fewer attributes than those who are fighting to save themselves.”
“Allegri was taken because Fonseca and ConceiƧao were taking too many goals: three with Udinese, two with Sassuolo, three with Atalanta … in the highlight of the championship. It means he failed in defense, he failed in attack, because I have to go and see how my forwards can score goals. Why don’t the forwards score? There is a Portuguese national, a Mexican national, a French national, a U.S. national, and a German national.”
“If I look at both the players and the overall work of the technical leadership … I if I see the last two and a half months of Milan, which has lost 6 games in the last 11 … it looks like they were a quarter of an hour before they played. I see little behind, I see little in front…I’ve never seen a team that goes under and doesn’t change tactical plan. It goes under and doesn’t press.”
