Milan, unveiled the new jersey: there's also Leao (with suitcase in hand)

Milan and PUMA have unveiled the new 2026/27 Home Kit, a jersey that celebrates the club’s most authentic identity through the return of one of the most iconic elements of its history: the classic wide Rossoneri stripes.
The new kit recalls Milan’s traditional aesthetic with a bold and instantly recognizable design. Red and black stripes run through the entire jersey, both on the front and back, accompanied by the return of white shorts and black socks. An essential look, but deeply linked to the Rossoneri tradition.
More than just a graphic motif, the stripes represent the very symbol of the Milanese identity. Reinforcing this bond are details with a strong symbolic value, such as the inscription “From Milan to the World,” dedicated to the millions of fans scattered across every continent, and the wax seal on the back of the collar, which holds the Club’s crest like a signature handed down through time.
“This kit represents the heart of our identity,” said Maikel Oettle, Chief Revenue Officer of AC Milan. “It is an instantly recognizable, essential and unequivocally Milanist design. These stripes don’t just tell a story: they are the story, and they belong to all Rossoneri around the world.”
On the same note, Maria Kiebacher, Director Product Line Management – Teamsport Apparel at PUMA, is also on board. “The wide stripes embody the soul of this jersey. They carry decades of tradition and still continue to have a very strong impact today. Some symbols should not be reinvented, but celebrated and brought back to life.”
The new 2026/27 Home Kit will be available starting May 22. The official debut on the pitch is scheduled for May 24, in the last home match of Serie A against Cagliari. Of note, Modric and Leao, among others, whose future is still in doubt, have been chosen as testimonials in the launch image. Especially for the Portuguese there is persistent talk of a farewell at the end of the season, with Manchester United interested in addition to the usual Arabs.
