Federico Dimarco closes the exultation case. And sends a message to Dzeko

Federico Dimarco spoke in a press conference a few days before the decisive match against Bosnia. The Azzurro was quick to shut down the case of his and some of his teammates’ jubilation, which went viral, at the decisive penalty scored by Bosnia against Wales: “It was an instinctive reaction, we were simply watching the penalties. I was in no way disrespectful to either Bosnia or the Bosnians.”
“I was called arrogant, but by what right could I be since we have missed two World Cups? – added the Inter left fielder.”
Having said that, I would add that it was disrespectful to be filmed in a context where there were friends, family members and even children.”
The national team will be engaged on Tuesday night at the ‘Bilino Polje’ stadium in Zenica: “We expect a warm environment and an opponent that has the same desire as us to qualify. We are Italy and we have an obligation to go to the World Cup. We will face a strong team, which has experienced players and talents that are doing well.”
“The head commands the legs, we will have to be strong mentally. If we can stay with the right head for 95 minutes I think we will bring home the result in the end. We know the responsibility we have. We want to get the qualification, we deserve it. Ours is a group that has fun and is good together.”
He then sent a message to Edin Dzeko, his former teammate at Inter: “After the game I congratulated him. Edin is a great player and a great person. I also met him this summer on vacation, and I maintained a beautiful relationship with him.”
He closed on Pio Esposito: “He is a special boy, already ahead of his time for his age. He always puts in 100 percent, both in the game and in training. There is little advice to give him, he just needs to be left quiet and let him grow without pressure.”
