Higuain, no to national team for Juve

No national team, there’s Juve. If Leo Messi has given in to the “court” of new Argentine coach Edgardo Bauza, agreeing to return to the national team ahead of the 2018 World Cup after announcing his desire to retire after the disappointment in the Copa America, Gonzalo Higuain has asked and obtained not to be called up for the upcoming qualifying matches against Uruguay and Venezuela.
Here no retirement, however: after a discussion with the selector, Pipita has in fact decided to remain at Allegri’s disposal even during the league break at the beginning of September to perfect his athletic preparation in view of the Champions League debut and the following days of the championship.
At the beginning of the season, the Juventus neo-bomber is struggling with “hard work” under the orders of Allegri and Matteo Pincella, the nutritionist of the Italian champions. Two “Italians” have been summoned by Bauza: Lazio director Lucas Biglia and fellow Juventus player Paulo Dybala, who is back in the mix after three game scraps in November.
