Inter market, Francesco Acerbi’s future still to be decided

At the end of the season, Francesco Acerbi, barring any surprises, will end his long adventure with the Inter shirt. The hypothesis of a renewal is rather remote, also due to a question of age. The defender, born in 1988, now has his prime behind him.

The 2020 European Champion has been playing with the Inter shirt since 2022. With the Nerazzurri club, he has won a lot, writing important pages in the Nerazzurri’s recent history, such as the qualifying goal against Barcelona, which has remained in the memory of every fan.

At the moment, it is not yet certain what the defender’s future will be. Certainly, his will is to continue playing. Among the hypotheses is the possibility of joining his former coach Simone Inzaghi in Saudi Arabia.
