Torino is looking to Roma to bolster its squad: according to *La Stampa*, the Granata’s transfer team aims to strengthen its ties with the Giallorossi in the coming weeks and has set its sights on three players set to leave the Giallorossi this summer. Torino’s goal is to tempt the Rome-based club with offers for certain players on their roster who are set to be sold by June 30 in order to generate valuable capital gains.

Among these names, the first is Alessandro Romano, a Swiss player born in 2006 who spent last season on loan at Spezia. A long-time target for Torino—who had already pursued him a year ago—he is once again being courted by the Granata, who must contend with competition from Palermo, which reportedly contacted him in recent days.

Another hot name in Turin is Luigi Cherubini, who is also set to leave Roma this summer. Born in 2004, he was called up by head coach Silvio Baldini for Italy’s last two friendlies; he played for Sampdoria last season and is an attacking winger whom Abate is very keen on.

Keep an eye on the goalkeeper front as well, as the Piedmontese club is known to be seeking reliable options for next season. Pierluigi Gollini, whose contract with Roma expires in 2027, could be a viable option, although it might take a little longer to finalize his transfer.
