Harry Kane is in the crosshairs of a sorcerer just a few hours before the England-Ghana match, part of the second matchday of Group L at the 2026 World Cup in North America. The Three Lions won their opening match against Croatia in convincing fashion, with the Bayern Munich striker playing a starring role. He remains in top form despite the long season in Germany, where he scored over 60 goals for the Bavarian club.

The next hurdle for Tuchel’s team is Ghana, which won its opener against Panama and is looking to pull off a major upset to finish at the top of the group. With Kane playing like this, the task is practically impossible, so Nana Kwaku Bonsam—a sorcerer skilled in black magic and famous in his country for his voodoo rituals, as reported by British media—has stepped in.

Bonsam told the Daily Star that he is “working” on Harry Kane: “I’ve already proven what I’m capable of, so I know what I need to do to stop him. I’m very famous for my predictions. I don’t want him to get seriously injured. It will just be enough to stop him and prevent him from attacking my country. I’ll do my job so that it can help Ghana.”

During the 2014 World Cup, Bonsam claimed to have worked to cause Cristiano Ronaldo to develop inflammation in his left knee before the Portugal-Ghana match. CR7 had a physical issue but played the match anyway, which ended 2-1 in favor of Portugal with a goal from him.

Kane scored twice against Croatia, while Bellingham and Rashford also found the back of the net. Goals by Baturina and Musa weren’t enough for Modric and his teammates.
