Michele Di Gregorio certainly didn’t shine last season, and Juventus has decided to look to the transfer market to replace him. Luciano Spalletti wants a reliable goalkeeper, and Giovanni Carnevali is working to try to meet his needs.

In recent weeks, there has been a lot of talk about Zion Suzuki, a standout performer for Parma last season who also did well for Japan at the World Cup. Born in 2002, the goalkeeper has many admirers, and Juventus risks losing him.

According to reports in the British press, Newcastle has made a move for Suzuki and reportedly already has an offer of around 30 million euros ready. Leeds is also very interested in the Parma star, and a bidding war could break out.

Meanwhile, the possibility of signing Dibu Martinez appears to have faded for Juventus. In an interview with 365Scores, Aston Villa executive Damian Vidagany was very clear: “Dibu’s future is secure. He’s staying with us, and we have no intention of letting him go this summer. The team needs his commitment and his vast experience, and he’s a very important part of our plans for next season.”
