F1, Lewis Hamilton blurts out: ‘Wrong strategy’
Lewis Hamilton will start from fifth place on Sunday at his home track
Lewis Hamilton will start from fifth on the grid Sunday in the British Grand Prix.On his home track, the Anglocaribbean driver failed to take advantage of the rain to make a difference and finish higher. “The car always has the same problems and here it goes a little better only because there is a smooth asphalt that favors us more. I don’t want to be negative, but I’m not particularly happy with this performance: we got the strategy wrong and in the wet we could have done more.”
To Sky, the seven-time world champion makes this prediction for the race: “If there should be a dry track, it will be hard. Ferrari and Red Bull are faster than us, but we can rely on strategy and maybe some Safety Cars.”
