Bad weather hits Tavullia: Valentino Rossi must wait until Sunday
100Km of Champions postponed to Sunday
Valentino Rossi and his luxury rivals will have to wait until Sunday, Nov. 26, to run the 100Km of Champions, a grand end-of-year challenge being run at the nine-time world champion’s Ranch, now in its eighth year. Adverse weather conditions have caused the race, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 26, to be postponed to Sunday, Nov. 27, keeping the schedule unchanged with the start of the race set for 2 p.m.
To make this known was the VR46 team, which issued the following statement: “Due to adverse weather conditions, and the impossibility of ensuring the smooth running of the race according to the appropriate safety parameters, the Race “100Km of Champions” scheduled for today, November 26, has been postponed to tomorrow, Sunday, November 27.”
Meanwhile, on Friday, November 25, Luca Marini won the Americana.
