Torino, there’s more than just the new Bremer: work is also underway for a fullback
Torino looking for reinforcements to resume season
The Torino management is working, less than a month before the reopening of the soccer market, to give Ivan Juric the reinforcements deemed necessary to face the second half of the season in the best possible way: confirmed interest in Robert Renan, who would fill the ‘void’ left by the sale of Bremer to Juventus last summer at the center of the defense, Granata sporting director Davide Vagnati is reportedly also trying to accelerate for a full-back, Fabiano Parisi of Empoli.
Class of 2000, who grew up footballing in Avellino (he was born a few kilometers from the provincial capital of Irpinia, in Solofra), Parisi boasts 7 appearances with the Under-21 national team jersey, four of them as a starter. To get to him, Toro must beat off competition from Lazio and prevent foreign clubs from attempting an assault. Parisi’s name, in fact, had also been approached in recent months by Germany’s Wolfsburg and England’s Everton.
