Inter bought him in the summer of 2019 for 22 million euros plus bonuses
In the summer of 2019, Inter signed Lazaro to a five-year contract. Costing 22 million euros (plus bonuses), the Austrian midfielder, to date, has played only six games with the Nerazzurri shirt.
Inter has already loaned him out, in order, to Newcastle, Borussia M’gladbach and Benfica. Now it is trying to find him a new home (there is talk of interest from a Turkish club). With still two years left on his contract, Lazaro is a granola that the Nerazzurri club would like to solve as soon as possible. A stay at Inter? Definitely out of the question. Much more likely a fourth consecutive loan.
