Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Holger Rune: the particular statistics
Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Holger Rune are referred to by many as the future big boys of world tennis, the athletes who are spearheading the next generation of tennis players. The Spaniard has already won two Slam tournaments, the South Tyrolean has won eight titles and among them a Masters 1000, the Dane four tournaments, and they are ranked first, sixth, and fourth in the Atp rankings, respectively.
One statistic confirms the strength of the three rising stars: at least one among Alcaraz, Sinner, and Rune has always made it to a Masters 1000 final in 2023.
Alcaraz has reached the finals in Indian Wells, Madrid, and Cincinnati, Sinner in Miami and Toronto, and Rune in Monte Carlo and Rome.
All three will try to be key players in the Us Open starting soon; Sinner and Rune will also be looking for a pass to qualify for the Turin Finals scheduled at the end of the year, which instead sees Alcaraz qualified long ago.
