While teammate Pecco Bagnaia is running away in the overall standings, Ducati's other rider Enea Bastianini has to deal with yet another disappointing result in Austria, a tenth place that left him with a bitter taste in his mouth.
"I am not depressed, I know what I can do and I have no doubts. Only I have to put everything together, and right now everything seems to be going against us. Something happens every time, we never find an easy situation", are the words reported by Corsedimoto.
"I think Pecco had an advantage anyway becauseé this bike suits his characteristics better than mine. He è also had to adapt, of course, because heé also had a different bike than the one he rides now. But I have to find a’different way".
Bastianini after missing the first five races due to injury racked up 24 points in the next five rounds, never managing to go beyond eighth in the standings.
