Novara to the sixteenth round

In the return match of the preliminary round of the Challenge Cup 2023-2024 in women’s volleyball, Novara scored a convincing victory over Casalmaggiore at the latter’s home, with a score of 0-3 (15-25, 18-25, 23-25), thus confirming the result of the first leg match and advancing to the round of 16 of the continental competition.

At the PalaSport Farina in Viadana, Novara needed to win at least two sets to advance to the round, while Casalmaggiore è was forced to leave the competition. For the Piedmontese, this è was the third consecutive victory, having also beaten the Lombardy women in Series A1 with a 3-1 result.
