Parma, Fabio Pecchia explains where to still improve
Fabio Pecchia keeps a low profile
Despite the satisfaction of having eliminated a Serie A club, Lecce, from the Coppa Italia, Fabio Pecchia prefers to keep a low profile and is already thinking about what to improve in view of the upcoming engagements in the Serie B championship, which sees the Ducali currently leading the standings.
"We have to work more on the approach to returning to the field after halftime – Pecchia commented -. The start of the match had been great, then we have to understand that it è happened for them to recover two goals of disadvantage".
"It definitely takes more experience and guile in certain situations – added the Parma coach -. Lecce è emerged in the second half, we just defended. We were però good at not losing further the balance".
Pecchia, now, does not want to think about the next round but about the championship: "We have Sudtirol to face, it will be a totally different match also because tonight I did not make any turnover. I chose the players I thought were suitable for the game and è it went well, I am only sorry for Osorio's injury".
