Coppa Italia: Cagliari mocks Udinese in overtime and gives itself away to AC Milan

Wednesday's Italian Cup round of 16 ended with a last-gasp victory for Cagliari, which overcame Udinese 2-1 away after extra time, thanks to a goal in the final by Gianluca Lapadula.

At the 80'80' però the Rossoblù equalized the score with a free kick from the right flank by Viola that mocked the bianconeri's extreme defender, dragging the match to extra time. Here Gianluca Lapadula decided it in 120', depositing Petagna's assist into the net.

Cagliari thus earns access to the round of 16 where it will face AC Milan.
