On Tuesday, Virtus Bologna officially presented Rihards Lomazs, a new player of the Black Vu’s from Merkezefendi, a club of the Turkish league. The Latvian basketball player, born in April 13, 1996 and strong with numerous experiences beyond the borders of his country, entrusted the official channels of the company with his first words as a Virtus player.

"This represents a new and great opportunity for me, at the same time è an honor to be here,” said lomazs. “I have already played in the EuroLeague a few years ago, now I return to this competition to try to do my best. Playing one game a week I obviously had time to watch moreù competitions, including that of Virtus Segafredo and Coach, not è a new situation for me having already been coached by Coach Banchi in the past".
