Lecce: renewals of Baschirotto and Gendrey made official

Lecce makes official two renewals in defense. The Giallorossi club, in fact, through a note on its official channels, announced the contract extensions of Valentin Gendrey and Federico Baschirotto, who both extended their contracts until June 30, 2026, with an option for the following years.

"U.S. Lecce announces that it has extended the contractual relationship with defender Federico Baschirotto, due to expire on June 30, 2025, until the end of the 2025/26 football season with an option for the next two years" this is the note issued regarding the rocky defender class of 1996.

"U.S. Lecce announces that it has extended the contractual relationship with defensive outfielder Valentin Gendrey, due to expire on June 30, 2024, until the end of the 2025/26 football season with an option for the following year" this, instead, is the statement regarding the French side.

Federico Baschirotto è transferred from Ascoli to Lecce in the summer of 2022 for a sum of around 350,000 euros and accomplice to the excellent performance in last season’s Serie A è ended up in the sights of several top clubs including Juventus and Fiorentina.
