Imola, McLarens ahead of Ferraris

Saturday at lunchtime the third free practice session of the Imola GP, the seventh round of the 2024 F1 World Championship, took place. Ferraris were still protagonists although Charles Leclerc è failed to set the best time.

Somewhat surprisingly in front of everyone were the McLarens of Piastri and Norris, who pulled half a second ahead of Sainz and Leclerc, who were still third and fourth, as well as smelling pole position for the afternoon qualifying.

Bad again the Red Bulls, with Max Verstappen sixth (also behind Russell and almost a second behind) while Perez è ended up against the barriers for an accident without serious consequences for the Mexican driver.
