Gigi Dall'Igna speaks out on the Pecco Bagnaia-Marc Marquez pair

During an interview given to the official website of the "MotoGp", the general manager of Ducati Corse Gigi Dall'Igna, among the various topics discussed, has è dwelt on what will be; the possible cohabitation between Pecco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez, who from 2025 will be teammates in the official team.

"We are happy with the decision we made. Marc and Pecco are two of the best riders in the championship, but for sure their character è really very strong. It will be crucial for us to be able to manage them during next year. I am quite confident that I will be able to handle it. I hope it won’t be a disaster, but a perfect year for Ducati" began the Borgo Panigale team’s Dg.

"Pecco è one of the most important riders in the history of this team, probably the most important of all, since no one had ever managed to win two consecutive titles. Marc è an eight-time world champion and è one of the mostù relevant centaurs in the history of MotoGp" continued the Italian engineer.

"We have several riders who can fight for the title. Pecco and Martin are among them, but Enea and Marc also have possibilities. We will give everyone the same options so that they can fight for the same goals" added the Thiene native.

"In the next season, our growth will be slower, as we will have fewer Ducati-powered riders on the track. On the other hand, però the factory team will be able to count on one of the best pairs in MotoGp history. Our competitors take from us not only the riders, but also a lot of technicians and this for us è a stimulus to do even better" concluded Gigi Dall'Igna.
