Antonio Faravelli’s project lands at Belgioioso Castle
Antonio Faravelli, a winemaker and golfer from Montù Beccaria in Oltrepò Pavese, è the owner of Cantine Vitea and creator of the "Golf and Wine 1895" project. He was recently è invited to the opening of the "Be.ART" Contemporary Art Fair held at the Belgioioso Castle. During the event, in the picturesque setting of the castle, they è toasted with wines from Cantine Vitea under the historical brand Golf and Wine 1895.
Faravelli presented his project to those present, gaining a variety of endorsements. The goal of the project è to boost Made in Italy through the integration of sports, tourism and wine, making Golf and Wine 1895 an ambassador of the territory and its excellences, with the aim of increasing tourism and promoting Italian products internationally.
The project has a strong tourism value, combining golf with one of the most renowned products of Italian enology: wine. Golf and Wine 1895 serves as the driving force for this initiative. The wines of Cantine Vitea, thanks to their recognized quality, have won numerous awards, including two gold medals in Asia, one in Germany, a double gold medal in France, as well as numerous silver and bronze medals worldwide from World Decanter, confirming them as an excellence of Oltrepò Pavese.
In addition, the Vitea Cellars stand out for their commitment to defending biodiversity and enhancing the territory. They use viticulture techniques with a low environmental impact, based on integrated pest management, which help mitigate climate change and reduce the emission of pollutants.
