Champions League 2024-2025: Barcelona-Inter, the likely lineups

Inter Milan visits Barcelona in the Champions League semifinal first leg. Football d’start at 9 p.m. at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys. The two clubs are living a totally opposite moment of form: the Blaugrana are fresh from their triumph in the King’s Cup with Real Madrid and three wins in a row in La Liga, which they lead with 76 points, +4 points on the Blancos; on the other side the nerazzurri have lost their last three games to Bologna, Milan and Roma that cost them elimination from the Coppa Italia and the loss of first place in Serie A.

Flick has to do without the injured Lewandowski: in his place will be Ferran Torres, with the trident composed of Yamal, Olmo and Raphinha behind him in the three-quarter. In midfield Pedri favored over Gavi to partner De Jong, while the defense will be headed by the Cubarsí-Martinez pair.

Inzaghi recovers Thuram and deploys him from 1′ paired with Lautaro Martinez in attack. On the outside midfield, Dumfries is back from 1′ on the right with Dimarco on the opposite lane. In defense out Pavard due to a sprained ankle: Bisseck plays in his place.
