Scudetto Napoli: Lukaku pays tribute to Conte and talks about De Bruyne
Napoli’s striker Romelu Lukaku gives credit to Antonio Conte after winning the Scudetto: “I know the coach’s abilities very well and from the beginning I believed we could do something important. We showed an important maturity. However, it was after the draw over Inter here at home that I said to myself that we could win the scudetto”.
“I am very excited for the team and the fans. We worked so hard to get here and if we won it’we did it because of everyone. We all won together and everyone was important, even those who were not playing. In the end we brought it’we brought it home”.
Lukaku was also asked a question about De Bruyne, who is leaving Manchester City and has also been approached by the Azzurri club: “Did I call him? No comment…”.
