Parma on the hunt for Man’s replacement: overtaking Torino for a market target

Parma is scouring the market in search of a replacement for Dennis Man: the Romanian striker has officially moved to PSV Eindhoven and the ducali need to fill the gap in the offensive department at Carlos Cuesta’s disposal as soon as possible. Also on the Emilian club’s list of market men would be Gaetano Oristanio.
The former Cagliari man, a 2002-born forward currently with Venezia, is liked by Parma for his versatility that allows him to play both on the flank, as a second forward and possibly also as a central striker.
The player had long been in the sights of Torino, but in recent days the granata’s interest has abruptly cooled, encouraging other clubs, including Parma, to come forward.
The Lagooners had rejected Torino’s proposal of a loan with right of redemption, and would prefer an obligation to buy the player back at the end of next season. In addition to Parma, Bologna has also made some inquiries for Oristanio.
