Naples continues to strengthen its international vocation. After two Scudettos in three years and increasingly declared European ambitions, the Neapolitan club confirms itself as a welcome destination for many talents.

From the Far East comes an indiscretion relaunched by the Spanish media: the Azzurri have reportedly set their sights on Takefusa Kubo, a Japanese soccer star and well-known face of La Liga.

A class of 2001, Kubo landed in Spain in 2019, when Real Madrid bought him from FC Tokyo but never really set their sights on him. Before finding stability at Real Sociedad, where he has been playing since 2022, he wore the jerseys of Mallorca, Villarreal, Getafe and Mallorca again.

In San Sebastián his player card is valued at around 40 million euros. The player, eager for new experiences, would welcome a transfer under Vesuvius, a move that, in addition to technical value, could generate important spin-offs in terms of marketing. An opportunity that Aurelio De Laurentiis would certainly not let pass unnoticed.
