Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini are preparing for their debut at the WTA Finals in Riyadh. The Azzurre, number one in the seeding, have been placed in Group ‘Martina Navratilova’ and will make their debut with the pair formed by Asia Muhammad and Demi Schuurs, the eighth seed.

The match between Paolini/Errani and Muhammad/Schuurs will open the program on the indoor concrete center court of the ‘King Saud University Indoor Arena’ in Riyadh on Saturday, Nov. 1: the match will start at 1:30 p.m. Italian time (3:30 p.m. local time).

There are two previous matches between the two pairs, and the balance is in perfect parity: the Romagnola and the Tuscan won in two sets in the quarterfinals of the last Us Open, while the American and the Dutchwoman prevailed in the first round of the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells 2025.

Paolini will also be busy in singles: the world No. 8, included in the ‘Stefanie Graf’ group with Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula, is expected to have a tough debut with the world No. 1 on Sunday, Nov. 2.
