Three points to climb back up the standings after an up-and-down start to the season: that is the goal of Everton and Fulham, who will face each other at 4 p.m. Italian time on Saturday at the brand new Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, home of the Toffees. Both teams sail in the second half of the standings, separated by only one point (Everton 12, Fulham 11).

The Toffees, after last October 5’s success against Crystal Palace, have jammed, recovering just one point in three games. For Saturday’s match, there is nothing new at the infirmary level (Branthwaite and Patterson have been unavailable for some time).

Beto is expected to be the offensive terminal, supported by a three-quarter made up of Ndiaye, Dewsbury-Hall and Grealish, with the latter wanting to redeem the last two disappointing outings.

On the other hand, Fulham broke a run of four consecutive defeats by beating first Wycombe in the Carabao Cup and then Wolves last in the league standings. The one with Everton is a real maturity test for Marco Silva&#8217s men, who will rely on Jimenez in attack and a three-quarter lineup consisting of Wilson, King and Kevin.

Probable lineups

EVERTON (4-2-3-1): Pickford; O’Brien, Keane, Tarkowski, Mykolenko; Garner, Gueye; Ndiaye, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish; Beto. All. Moyes.

FULHAM (4-2-3-1): Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Sessegnon; Iwobi, Berge; Wilson, King, Kevin; Jimenez. All. Marco Silva.
