Dusko Ivanovic reveals the key to victory against Maccabi Tel Aviv

Dusko Ivanovic spoke at the end of the Euroleague home challenge won against Maccabi Tel Aviv: “Tonight was the last game here at the Paladozzaand I think it was a worthy ending to this fine journey undertaken in this arena”.

“We controlled the game very well for large stretches, with the exception of the last quarter, in which they had a chance to come back thanks to offensive rebounds”, stressed the coach of the Black Vs.

Ivanovic also reiterated a concept dear to him: “We are a formation that can play very well as a team and in which everyone can have the opportunity to show their qualities to help: our goal is to be able to play well together. The key to the game tonight, however, was one’other: “We varied a lot in our offensive decisions, being able to get everyone involved in shooting and turning the ball over: we opened up the court, as well as took good shots for different shooters, as given the ball inside. Tonight we offered a very good choral performance. However, I think there is always room for improvement and getting better, and I hope it will be so”.
