Napoli market, two names on everyone’s mind for the midfield in January

Napoli, left without De Bruyne and Zambo-Anguissa due to injury, wants to replenish its midfield with top-level signings as early as this winter soccer market session.
Among the names on D.S. Manna’s notebook are those of German Leon Goretzka, Bayern Munich’s class ’95 midfield all-rounder, and Davide Frattesi, Inter’s midfielder on the Italian national team’s roster.
As for the German, his contract expires next June and there are no contacts for a renewal; this could push the Bavarian team, faced with a good offer, to get rid of the player in order not to lose him at zero, with the Neapolitan club at the window to see how the situation will evolve, in this sense.
Different is the discourse regarding Frattesi. The player for some time now has been expressing discontent with the little space given, even this season with Chivu on the bench, and the trend does not seem to have changed given also the’abundance of men in the department. The request of the Nerazzurri club is to be evaluated in order to understand the margins of a possible negotiation.
