“Who will win the season? I think Norris, 12 points ahead is a lot” said Leclerc, who then returned to the disastrous weekend in Lusail: “What happened in Qatar was a difficult weekend. We understand what happened, but having a solution is another story. We have an’idea but not a 100 percent solution. Hopefully we can change here in Abu Dhabi”.

“My season? On a personal level I am satisfied with my work, but the performance and results do not make me satisfied. We reacted well as a team, but it wasn&#8217t easy because we didn&#8217t bring updates also because now focused on 2026. We hope for next season”, continued the Monegasque of the house of Maranello.

“I don&#8220t know how competitive we will be this weekend, we expect a great McLaren here, then Red Bull and Mercedes. But I’m just here to make the most out of my race, I don’t think I can play a role in the world fight. It’s up to them,” Leclerc concluded.
