It's Atalanta the second team qualified for the Italian Cup semifinals.
After Inter, victorious Wednesday night 2-1 in Monza with Torino, also the Nerazzurri from Bergamo passed the quarterfinal round, imposing 3-0 on Juventus.
The Bianconeri started with some initiative and in the first half built a couple of dangerous chances, especially with ConceiƧao.
The Portuguese was stopped, however, first by Carnesecchi and then by the crossbar.
The key episode came in the 25th minute.
Bremer committed a hand foul in the box, the Var intervened and the referee awarded the penalty kick.
From the penalty spot Scamacca was flawless and in the 27th minute signed the 1-0.
Juventus took the blow and struggled to react, with the first half ending without any more goals.
In the second half Spalletti also inserted former and newly acquired Boga, increasing the pressure in search of the equalizer.
To extinguish Juventus’ hopes, however, Atalanta did so in the 77th minute.

Zappacosta went all the way down the right and put a precise cross to the second post, where Sulemana arrived on time for 2-0.
In the final there was also glory for Pasalic who, who entered just over a minute ago, at the 85th minute kicked the trio with a sharp diagonal right-footed shot that sailed past Perin.
Atalanta thus flew into the semifinals, where they will face the winner of Lazio-Bologna.

Lacking Scamacca due to a discomfort picked up in the refinement and De Ketelaere, who had a knee problem in the warm-up, Dea nonetheless started strong and after thirteen minutes was already ahead: Raspadori caught Krstovic in the box, who turned in a flash and with his left-footed slide beat Audero. Twelve minutes pass and the hosts double: Pasalic launches Zappacosta on the right who comes back and kicks at the second post with his left, sealing a great goal.

In the second half, Nicola plays the Djuric card but it is always the Orobici who are the most dangerous: on 57′ Zalewski comes back from the left and kicks with his right at the first post, touching the tris. At 67′ the same Zalewski puts it in tow for Samardzic who with his left goes close to 3-0. At 76′ it is Raspadori who goes close to the’cross of the posts with a right-footed shot from inside the area.

All kinds of things happen in the final: at 89’Carnesecchi is miraculous on a header from a sure shot by Djuric; at 91′ Djimsiti finds the 3-0 goal from a corner but the referee cancels the goal for an offside by Sulemana; at 94′ Cremonese shortens the distance with Thorsby who drinks Kossounou and beats Carnesecchi with a left-footed volley.

Thanks to this victory, Atalanta climbs to 39 points, just two lengths behind Como, sixth with 41 points, which will face Milan in the rematch due to the San Siro being unavailable for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan Cortina. Cremonese, on the other hand, remains stuck in 16th place with 23 points, +5 over the relegation zone.
