The European men’s and women’s volleyball championships are on Sky

The 2026 women&#8217s and men&#8217s European Volleyball Championships will be visible on Sky, which has acquired the rights, in addition to extending those of the major European club volleyball competitions for the 2026/2027 season: the CEV Champions League and a selection of the best CEV Cup and Challenge Cup matches, thanks to the agreement concluded with Infront, Exclusive Media Rights distribution partner and service provider CEV.

On Sky, the blue summer of volleyball will start on August 21, when the women’s national team led by coach Julio Velasco will face Croatia in Gothenburg, Sweden. The team captained by Anna Danesi will be placed in Pool D and will then play the other matches of the first phase against Montenegro, Sweden, Slovakia and France. The knockout phase with the round of 16 is scheduled for Aug. 30-31 in Czechia and Aug. 31-Sept. 1 in Turkey. The quarterfinals on Sept. 2 in Czechia and the next day in Turkey, where the semifinals and finals will also be held on Sept. 5 and 6, in Istanbul.

Fefè De Giorgi’s boys, meanwhile, will make their debut against Sweden on Sept. 10 in Naples’ Piazza del Plebiscito. Then the Azzurri will move to Modena where they will play the other four challenges in Pool A against Greece, Slovakia, Czechia and Slovenia. The first part of the knockout phase will be played Sept. 19 and 20 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Sept. 20 and 21 in Turin, Italy. The quarterfinals on Sept. 22 also in Bulgaria and on Sept. 23 in Turin. The new Arena Milano, Santa Giulia district, will be the venue for the semifinals and finals, scheduled for Sept. 25 and 26.

But that’s not all: the best of European club volleyball will still be on Sky and streaming on NOW until the 2026/27 season. In the House of Sport, all the spectacle of the CEV women’s and men’s tournaments: the Champions League – with Perugia and Conegliano currently in the hunt for new trophies after their successes in the past edition – and the best of CEV Cup and Challenge Cup, the other two European competitions in which Italian teams are traditionally among the favorites.
