MotoGp Ducati, Jack Miller warns Bagnaia: “I race for myself.”
Jack Miller: “If Pecco needs a hand, I’ll be there.”
Ducati centaur Jack Miller spoke ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix: “My main goal is to race for myself. Personally, third place in the championship for me is still attainable. It’s not easy, but the riders in front of me have not had good races lately. So I have a good opportunity.”
“I think my first goal is to try to gain as many points as possible,” continued the Australian. “If Pecco needs a hand, I’ll be there, don’t get me wrong. But in the end this is an individual sport and I will try to do the best I can. The difference between a third and a fourth place in the championship is a considerable amount of money. You start from third place, last year I finished fourth and they gave me quite a bit of money.”
On the title race: “Definitely, he has a good points lead now. So at Phillip Island there was more calm because they were all close, virtually all almost equal points. This weekend will be a little different, I can focus more on my race.”
